Since the home was built around 1990, I had Tiger Air replace both air conditioning and heating units with new, high efficiency units. I like the personnel, especially Byron and Terry, who are always unflappable, pleasant, accommodating, and skilled. For me, they have replaced units, designed systems- always considering individual needs, and maintained and repaired existing systems. Their service agreement provides twice yearly checkups and assures quality maintenance, with a discount on parts which might be needed. I trust them and am confident in their work and recommendations and look forward to using their services for future needs.
