Emergency ResponseTiger Air Conditioning Services knows that the effectiveness of your cooling and/or heating equipment is very important to you. During normal business hours or after hours, you can rest assured that a qualified professional will be able to attend to your needs in a timely and convenient manner.
Priority StatusWhile all service calls are important to us, as a member of our Comfort Assurance Protection Plan your call is given the highest priority. Please let us know if you are a Comfort Assurance Plan member, so you can be moved to the top of the list! If you are not a member, please ask us how to join and we will provide you with the information to take you to the top!
Professional System DiagnosisIn our years of experience we have found that our customers prefer an accurate price based on their specific problem. While some HVAC companies provide a phone quote that is subject to change once the service technician sees the job, we at Tiger Air Conditioning Services just don’t think that is fair to you. At Tiger Air Conditioning Services we have a diagnostic fee that is communicated to you when you call for service. This diagnostic fee is a charge covering the expense of a thorough and complete diagnosis of your heating or cooling system. After we perform the diagnosis of your system, we show you the solution. Along with the solution comes a fixed and firm price.
You Know the Price Before We StartBy allowing us to diagnose your problem in person, our technician will know exactly what it will take to get the job done right. He will then share with you an upfront and firm price PRIOR to the start of work. There will be no surprises! Your price will be fixed no matter how long it takes to complete the job or what parts are involved.
No High Pressure SellingYou may have seen investigative reports on TV about ruthless HVAC salespeople. Not from Tiger Air Conditioning Services! Tiger Air Conditioning Services employees will go the extra mile to make you and your family comfortable. If we find you need a small repair, a full system replacement or simply an accessory item for your system, it will be communicated honestly with your family’s comfort in mind.
